Terpsi Capital LP (together with its general partner, affiliates, and any investment vehicles it manages, "Terpsi Capital," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit our website at www.terpsicapital.com and any related web pages where this Privacy Policy is posted (collectively, the "Site").

This Privacy Policy describes the categories of information we collect when you visit or use the Site, how we use and disclose that information, and the choices available to you. It does not govern information we collect from our limited partners, portfolio companies, or employees in their respective capacities, which may be subject to separate privacy notices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated Effective Date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the Site following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

4.1 Use of Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and pixel tags) to collect information about how you access and use the Site. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them to:

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals from browsers because no uniform standard for such signals has been established.

We implement and maintain commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or through the Site, and any transmission is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site.

We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under California law. To exercise your rights or submit a privacy request, please contact us using the information in Section 8. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.


10. Children

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us as set forth in Section 8.


11. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation with respect to any security or investment product.
